The Ken-Ton Garden Tour is now accepting applications to have your garden on this year’s tour, which will be held Friday through Sunday, July 18 through 20. Garden Walk Buffalo has awarded a total of $8,945 in 2014 Marvin Lunenfeld Beautification Grants to block clubs, non-profits and neighborhood associations for beautification projects in the neighborhoods of Garden Walk Buffalo. Two new emerald ash borer infestations confirmed in WNY
Recent detections of trees infested with Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) in Angola (Erie County) and Fredonia (Chautauqua County), both near the NYS Thruway, remind us that we need to continue to prepare for the eventual spread of this devastating invasive insect, according to Cornell Cooperative Extension.
