The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens has brought back the Taste of Paradise as a virtual event.
A basket raffle with more than 50 prizes will be held online from 8 a.m. Friday, March 26 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 28.
You can also purchase a delicious meal to go, provided by Curly’s Grille.
Basket raffle
Prizes in the virtual basket raffle include gardening classes, memberships to the Botanical Gardens, plants, gardening tools, honey items, a bird lover’s basket, framed art, wine and liquor baskets and much more.
It is free to sign up. (If you participated in their 120th Anniversary Raffle or the 2020 Gala, you already have an account.) After you’re signed up, purchase your raffle tickets and enter to win on the items of your choice.
To-go meal tickets (Optional)
The to-go meal from Curly’s Grille includes:
- Fresh house-made dinner roll
- Mixed green salad with a signature mango vinaigrette dressing
- Jerk pork tenderloin with red beans and coconut rice
- Key lime tart
Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available upon request.
Meal pickups will take place at the Botanical Gardens. After you purchase your meal ticket, you will be contacted by a Buffalo Gardens staff member to set your pickup time.
Meals will be ready to re-heat at home.
The cost is $35 for the public and $30 for Botanical Gardens members.
