- Every advertisement must include a destination URL
- Advertisers supply finished artwork.

- Design fees are arranged separately between advertiser and designer.

Quarterly Advertising Schedule
- Q1: January 1 – March 31
- Q2: April 1 – June 30
- Q3: July 1 – September 30
- Q4: October 1 – December 31
Reservation deadline: Three weeks before the start of each quarter.
Artwork and payment deadline: 10 business days before the start of each quarter.
Advertising space is subject to availability.
