Garden centers are working hard to make the necessary changes so that you can get plants and supplies while staying safe.

In my Gardening Directory, I have added categories for businesses that are open or opening soon as well as where you can order online, get delivery or use curbside pickup.

Here is the information I have for the businesses I work with. Things keep changing, so if you have specific questions about a business’s hours or what they have in stock, please contact them directly. You can see their contact information in our Gardening Directory.

When you buy from these folks, please let them know you heard about them through Buffalo-NiagaraGardening.com.

Arbordale Nurseries & Landscaping

Garden center, Open, Delivery, Curbside pickup

We are open and ready to help.

Dear Valued Customers,
Amidst all the confusion and fear around COVID-19, I want to provide some clarity and reassurance.

While Arbordale is currently fully operational, we are monitoring the situation closely and working diligently to ensure that we support the effort in reducing the viral impact on all of us.
For those wanting to minimize social contact please be aware our staff is happy to take orders via phone, email or facebook messenger and schedule home delivery. During this situation Arbordale will be offering discounted delivery for all goods generally bought in-store; plants, soils, pots….
I am fully aware that one cannot put into words the joy flowers and plants can bring to the world during difficult times. I want to reassure you that business is going forward as usual, our store is stocked, plants are growing and all orders are being met.
Our highest priority is the health and well being of our staff and customers, as a safety precaution we implemented the following:

  • All CDC recommendations including cleaning and sanitizing of all delivery vehicles, counters, carts, doors.
  • Encouraging staff frequent hand washing
  • Social distancing while in store.
  • Phone ordering, delivery and contactless pre-ordering
  • Discounted delivery charges
  • Pause on Credit Card signatures.

As we are all gardeners at heart, let us pray that this situation will be contained come spring! Thankfully the warmer outdoors and fresh air will be sure to make us feel better.

Kind Regards,

Jeff Salmon
President
