  • Black Creek Preserve Tree Planting

    Black Creek Preserve Birdsall, New York
    Join a planting party with WNY Land Conservancy at the newly protected Black Creek Preserve in Birdsall. It will take place from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 6. Volunteers will help plant 75 native trees along Black Creek to improve wildlife habitat, stabilize streambanks, and protect water quality. Participants will also help dig holes, install deer fencing and posts, and haul water and mulch to give the young trees the best chance to thrive. Registration is required; register here....
