Culinary Herbs

Chef Andrew Felschow will present a program of herbs for culinary uses.  He will  create a pasta dish using herbs with a sample for all to taste. Doors open at 5:30 PM. A brief business meeting at 6:00 PM precedes the program. Complimentary refreshments incorporating herbs are provided at every meeting.  The meeting and program will be held at the Administration Building of the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14218.  Free parking. …
