Join Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County (CCE Erie) Master Gardener Program volunteers as they host three in-person Fall Gardening Classes in September 2026.

Drying and Preserving Herbs

Sara Sorci, Sweet Flag Herbs 

Sarah Sorci will share best practices for drying and freezing aromatic herbs. She’ll demonstrate the preparation of herbal culinary salts and herbal vinegar, providing step-by-step guidance and recipes.

Living with Critters ‘Rabbits, Deer and Moles, Oh My!’

• Tuesday 9/22/26 6:30pm- 8pm – Seneca Babcock Community Center, 1168 Seneca St. Buffalo

Transitioning Your Garden

• Saturday- 9/26/26 10am – 11:30 am – East Aurora Senior Center, 101 King St. East Aurora

Cost: 

• $20 per class
• $50 for all 3 classes for Master Gardeners
• $55 for all 3 classes for the General Public
