The Cheektowaga Garden Club will hold their annual plant sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 15. It will take place in Shelter 2, Stiglmeier Park, 500 Losson Rd., Cheektowaga. The sale will include perennials, annuals and herbs. There will be a basket raffle. Proceeds benefit the Cheektowaga Garden Club

Lewiston GardenFest

Lewiston GardenFest will be held by the Lewiston Garden Club from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16 along Center Street, Lewiston. The festival includes vendors selling flowers, plants, and garden essentials along with a garden walk, speakers, and container garden contest. This year’s theme is “Spring into Summer.” The event is free to attend. Proceeds go towards civic beautification and scholarships.

Center Street will feature eighty booths from area nurseries, landscapers, garden vendors, and outdoor suppliers, along with demonstrations by garden professionals. Soil samples can be analyzed and questions answered by Master Gardeners. Enter the container garden contest with a chance to win a prize from area nurseries and businesses. Both private and public gardens will be open for viewing during the event. The tour is free to the public.
