The Audubon Nature Center will hold a workshop on how to create better photos with your point-and-shoot camera from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 22 at the center, 1600 Riverside Rd., one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown, NY, and Warren, PA.

Participants will take photos and discuss the results and how to improve them. Question-and-answer time will be provided.

Participants should have some working knowledge of their cameras. Bring your camera with fully charged battery and empty storage card and, if possible, your camera’s manual.

You will be outside, so dress for the weather.

Photographer Terry Radecki will lead the workshop. A former educator, Radecki is a travel enthusiast who enjoys the arts, particularly photography and watercolor.

The fee is $36 for the public and $27 for Friends of the Nature Center.

Paid reservations are required by Tuesday, May 17. To register, stop by the center, call (716) 569-2345 during business hours, or use the online form.
