All workshops will be held at the 4-H Training Center at 4487 Lake Ave., Lockport.

While the workshops are free, registration is required. Participants can sign up for one class or the entire series.

The workshop details are listed below.

The workshops are being offered through the WNY Food Incubator, a developing Cooperative Extension program that will provide a shared-use commercial kitchen and business support services to both new and established specialty food businesses. The WNY Food Incubator’s commercial kitchen, located on the Cooperative Extension campus at 4487 Lake Ave., Lockport, is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to be finished in December. The fully-equipped commercial kitchen will give members access to state-of-the-art equipment such as a food dehydrator, a commercial tabletop stand mixer, vacuum packaging equipment, a six-burner gas stove, jar label applicator and a double stack convection oven.
