Workshop: Corn & Haudenosaunee Creation

Date(s) - Tuesday, Mar 18, 2014
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Ganondagan Farmhouse

The fascinating link between traditional white corn and the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) Creation Story will be the focus of the “Corn & Haudenosaunee Creation.” Dr. Kevin White, one of the founding members of the original Pinewoods Iroquois White Corn Project, will be leading this Friends of Ganondagan workshop, rescheduled from last June.

The workshop, which also includes a tour of the Iroquois White Corn Project production area, is limited to 12 adult participants, so pre-registration is requested by Friday, March 14. The cost is $20/general public; $15/members of Friends of Ganondagan, and light refreshments will be served. To register, send a check payable to: Friends of Ganondagan, PO Box 113, Victor, NY 14564, or call (585) 742-1690.
