Buffalo Audubon Society will present Wild Edibles – How to Bake Elderberry Scones 1 – 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, 1610 Welch Rd., Java Center.
Naturalist Mark Carra will harvest wild elderberries at Beaver Meadow to make delectable scones. Participants will learn how to make the scones and everyone will indulge in treats with coffee and tea. If the harvest is good participants will make some Spiced Elderberries as well.
