A virtual tour on the wisteria motif will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 26 by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Martin House.
Wright used recurring imagery of wisteria in multiple art glass designs and in the mosaic of the massive central fireplace. These flowering vines and blossoms are also present in the landscape.
Join Martin House Curator Susana Tejada on a live, virtual exploration centered around how the theme of wisteria is represented in glass, along with other floral-related objects.
Using the Zoom platform, questions can be posed by using the chat function to create an engaging experience for all participants.
The cost is $12 for the public and $10 for members.
