Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper is working to remove what is called the “Fish and Wildlife Habitat” Beneficial Use Impairment #14 (BUI). The organization will hold a public Zoom meeting from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 17 to update people on these ongoing efforts. Once all BUIs are removed, the Buffalo River will be delisted and no longer deemed an Area Of Concern by the EPA
