The Niagara Frontier Botanical Society will hold a field trip to the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27. The trip is free and open to the public.

The gardens, near Niagara Falls, Ontario, include 99 acres of maintained gardens of perennials, formal gardens, vegetables, herbs, trees, shrubs and roses, all in a magnificent setting.
The group will also visit the adjacent Butterfly Conservancy, the home of over 2,000 free-flying butterflies in a huge greenhouse filled with a display of tropical plants found in a rainforest.
Meet at 9 a.m. in parking lot of Front Park, Buffalo.
Take proper ID for a Canadian visit.

Please contact the trip leader, Joanne Schlegel, at 835-6042 to let her know you are coming. Please remember to let the trip leader know that you are coming; mishaps have occasionally happened when plans were changed at the last minute.
