Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper will hold a RestoreCorps event on Saturday, Oct. 13 at Ellicott Creek Park, 310 Creekside Dr., Tonawanda.
The event will be two parts: classroom training and hands-on planting. No prior experience is required.
From 8 a.m. to noon you will learn how to plant a tree. Register for the classroom training here.
After participating in the training, help plant trees from 1 to 4 p.m. as part of the Ellicott Creek Park Restoration Project. Register for the tree planting here.
