The Buffalo Audubon Society will hold a Tonawanda turkey walk from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday Nov. 18 at Elmlawn Memorial Park, 3939 Delaware Ave., Tonawanda.
Participants will join Buffalo Audubon Naturalist Tom Kerr for a walk through Tonawanda’s Elmlawn Memorial Park in search of their resident wild turkey flock.
The group will learn all about this iconic American bird and other wildlife that are doing their best to adapt to life in suburbia. Binoculars will be available
