The Western New York Land Conservancy will hold a talk by Sally Cunningham, Certified Nursery & Landscape Professional, on native plants from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4 at the Niagara Falls Public Central Library, 1425 Main St., Niagara Falls.

Find out how you can turn your yard into a haven for pollinators and birds by adding native plants, just as the conservancy is doing in the Niagara Gorge. This event is a part of our multi-year Restore the Gorge project, which will maintain and enhance the ecological diversity of the remarkable Niagara Gorge

There is no cost to attend, but you are asked to register in advance here.

Cunningham is also a Master Gardener, horticulturist, lecturer and writer.
