Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve and Environmental Education Center will hold a “Take a Hike!” talk at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 17 at Reinstein Woods, 93 Honorine Drive, Depew.
Join former Reinstein Woods intern Jerry Krajna (fall 2007) as he shares his personal hiking experiences and talks about exploring natural areas in Western New York. Learn how to set up a hike plan, what sort of gear to have, what to do if you experience an emergency and how to locate new natural areas to explore.
