So You Want to Start a Food Business? will be held at 6:30 pm. Wednesday, Nov. 3 at Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP), 387 Massachusetts Ave., Buffalo.
This informative class will cover the basics regarding health inspections, permits, insurance, and the rules and regulations regarding making and selling food in New York State.
MAP offers this class in partnership with the Erie County Department of Health and the Buffalo State Small Business Development Center.
You will also be able to tour the commercial kitchen at MAP and speak with Bethany, Kitchen Manager, to get started on the process of renting space if needed.
