September Saturdays at Lockwood’s

September Saturdays will be held each Saturday during September at Lockwood’s Garden Center, 4484 Clark St., Hamburg.

Lockwood’s will offer special sale pricing on selected plant material, classes will be presented, a variety of local artisans and nonprofits will join the festivities and a different food truck will be on-site.

 

Saturday, September 4th, 9 am – 5 pm

● Perennial Sale

● 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 4  A hands-on felted flower workshop will be presented by Suzanne O’Brien. Learn how to create a lovely flower that lasts all year long through the almost magical process of wet felting. What begins as soft wool and silk fibers transforms into a beautiful felt flower. ● A Mystery Sale

● 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, September 25  A workshop on how to create a succulent pumpkin centerpiece will be presented by Mary Kruszka. Lockwood’s has  grown many specialty pumpkins and succulents for this beautiful centerpiece workshop. You don’t have to actually cut into the pumpkin so the finished product is amazing and will shine on your table for the entire autumn season and beyond. The class price is $40.
