A public hearing to receive public input on the Draft Scoping Plan will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 27 at the Buffalo Central (Downtown) Library, 1 Lafayette Square, Buffalo.
The Draft Scoping Plan will serve as an initial framework for how New York State will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve net-zero emissions, increase renewable energy usage and ensure climate justice.
