A prescription drug drop off will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26 at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Avenue, Buffalo.
Pharmacists from the community and pharmacy students from D’Youville College and the University at Buffalo will be assisting the Buffalo Police and the DEA in the collection of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. Liquids, needles and sharps will also be collected. This service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
