The Buffalo Audubon Society will hold an owl prowl from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, March 24 at Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, 1610 Welch Road, Java Center.
Hikers will join naturalist Tom Kerr in taking a nocturnal hike in search of the owls that call Beaver Meadow their home. The group will be looking and listening for eastern screech-owls and barred owls.
The cost is $7. This event is for ages 8 and older. Pre-registration is required. Call 585-457-3228 to register.
