The Buffalo Audubon Society will host open yoga practice from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursdays Jan. 4 through Feb. 8 at Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, 1610 Welch Road, Java Center.
Join Debbie Smith, 500RYT and Yoga Therapist for open yoga practice at Beaver Meadow.
All levels welcome. Bring your own mat.
To register, call Debbie at 585457-4210. The cost is $60 for the six-week course or $12 per session.
