The Niagara Frontier Botanical Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12 at the Harlem Road Community Center, 4255 Harlem Road, one block south of Main Street, Snyder.
“The Mountains of Southeastern Arizona–A World Apart (Sierra Madre Zone)” will be presented by Joanne Schlegel. She spent 2015-16 living in that area, exploring the several mountain ranges that contain plants found nowhere else in the U.S. She is a past president of Niagara Frontier Botanical Society and is currently vice president & field trip chairman.
