“Monarchs and Milkweed: Specialized Relationships” will be presented from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 9 in in the Beaver Meadow Nature Center, 1610 Welch Rd., Java Center.

Kathleen Contrino of CW Native Plant Farm will speak.

The natural world is full of naturalized relationships that make up the web of life. These naturalized relationships are important as we strive to recreate ecosystems for diversity and sustainability. Homeowners can become stewards of the ecosystem if they understand these specialized relationships and recreate them in their own yard.

The cost is $15 for nonmembers and $10 for members of the Buffalo Audubon Society.
