She will discuss lesser-known medicinal properties of common culinary herbs in Lockwood’s herb section. Participants will also visit the perennials section to learn about several native medicinal plants and common garden perennials that are edible. Recipes and printed information will be distributed.
Sorci is a 2014 graduate of the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine, and a wild edible and medicinal plant enthusiast.
