Earth Spirit Educational Services will present “Maple Sugaring Past and Present” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 19 in Taylor Road Park, S-6765 Taylor Rd., Hamburg
During this program they will share methods of sap collection and maple sugaring preparation as practiced in the past by Native Americans and early settlers as well as now by modern producers.
Following the program they will serve a pancake brunch featuring locally produced maple syrup.
The fee is $12 for adults and $7 for children, which includes the program and brunch.
