“Maple Sugaring, Past and Present” will be held by Earth Spirit Educational Services from 9 a.m. to noon
Saturday, March 21 at Yates Park at Green Lake, 200 North Lake Dr., Orchard Park.

There will be a series of both indoor and outdoor presentations focused on the techniques and tools of maple sugaring as utilized by Native Americans, early settlers and modern producers. Please dress warmly.

Following the program, a pancake brunch will be served featuring locally produced maple syrup.

The fee is $10 for adults and $5 for children and includes the program and brunch.
