Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village is hosting Family-Friendly guided tours of their Maple History Trail. There will be maple syrup/sugar demonstrations (both 1800’s and 1900’s), taste testing different grades of genuine maple syrup vs. imitation, Sugar on Snow tasting, and tree tapping. Ellicottville Brewing Company and Bluemerle Bakery will be onsite and there will be maple products available for purchase.
Admission is $12/Adults, $10/Children, and free for BNHV Members.
