“Earthly Cleaning” will be held from 10 am to 12:30 pm Saturday, April 5 at the Roycroft Campus Powerhouse, 31 South Grove Street,  East Aurora.

It is the second in a spring series of programs steeped in the Roycroft tradition of self-sufficiency that is being held by Oakmoss Education and The Roycroft Campus Corporation.

Some of the most hazardous chemicals to human health and the planet are found in cleaning products kept in our own homes. Drawing on the wisdom of our foremothers, participants will make their own effective cleaning products from readily available, safe, healthy and earth-friendly ingredients. The class will take home a number of preparations. This program will be conducted by Mary Jo Graham, founder and director of Oakmoss Education, an organization devoted to sharing the lessons of nature with others.

The fee for this hands-on workshop is $20 and registration can be done through the Roycroft Campus Corporation on their website or by calling (716) 655-0261.
