Learn the basics of hand-tied wreaths in this hands-on workshop to be held by Buffalo Audubon at noon Sunday, Dec. 14 at Beaver Meadow, 1610 Welch Rd., North Java.

Each participant will make one fresh conifer and mixed foliage wreath to hang inside or outside for the rest of the winter season. The materials used are long lasting, beautiful,and sustainably gathered. All materials are provided in this class but participants are welcome to bring any interesting materials they would like to add to their arrangement.

Please bring hand clippers or a pair of scissors with you so there are enough tools for everyone. Garden gloves are recommended.

The cost is $25. Pre-registration required.

The workshop will be conducted by Sara Johnson of Sylvatica Shop, Inc., Buffalo.
