The Majestic White Pine will be the topic of a PowerPoint presentation from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, August 26 by Pfeiffer Nature Center. This program will be held at the Chestnut Cabin at the Lillibridge property, 1974 Lillibridge Road, Portville.
Barb Busack will explain the importance of the white pine and its prestigious place in history. The tree’s biology and natural history will also be discussed.
Current COVID recommendations will be followed.
The program is free for members, $5 for non-members and free for children 13 and under. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
