10:00 am - 11:30 am
Audubon Community Nature Center
While most turkey activity happens in the spring, fall is when people really take notice of them. From their heads to their feet, turkeys are amazing creatures designed to survive in the fields and forests of the region. Children will learn about them during this program, which includes an indoor lesson and an outdoor adventure. A snack is provided after the hike and a craft is offered if there is time.
The cost is $8 for adults, $6 for Nature Center members and $6 for children ages 3 to 8.
Paid reservations are required by Thursday, Nov. 7 and can be made online.
