A demonstration on home-made herbed ricotta cheese and basil pesto will be held from 6–7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5 at Lockwood’s Greenhouses, 4484 Clark St., Hamburg.
In this class, Mary Trifunovic of Lockwood’s will demonstrate how to make home-made ricotta cheese with fresh herbs. She will also prepare basil pesto using a variety of flavors. A tasting will follow with dishes prepared in advance. Learn how simple it is to make amazing recipes with fresh ingredients.
The fee is $10.
