Participants will learn to identify spring greens, flowers and other wild plants available this time of year and how to eat them.
This class starts with some basic ground rules and safety considerations about harvesting wild edibles. Then the class heads outside to identify edibles growing and blooming in the late spring and early summer.
The cost is $16 for adults and $12 for Community Nature Center member and children ages 9 to 15.
