The Town of Tonawanda Highway Department, town officials and Kenmore Garden Club will plant a Bicolor Oak tree on the Lincoln Park Rails to Trails path at 9 a.m. Trees donated by Linde in the name of the club will also be planted. The town will receive its 26th Tree City Award for Arbor Day participation.
