Introduction to Fermentation will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14 by Cornell Cooperative Extension in Niagara County in the WNY Food Incubator kitchen in the 4-H Training Center, 4487 Lake Ave., Lockport.
In this workshop participants will learn the basics of fermentation for home food preservation and prepare foods to ferment at home.This workshop will be led by a trained Master Food Preserver and will be a combination of a presentation and hands-on group learning experiences.
All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $20/workshop/person.
