The Hosta, Daylily & Iris Sale will be held from 9 am-2 pm Saturday, Aug. 28 at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens Administration Building, 2655 South Park Ave., Buffalo.
Admission to the sale is free.
Hundreds of daylilies, hostas and irises will be labeled and described for sale at reasonable prices. Experts will be on hand to answer your plant questions. The Iris Society will will be selling potted irises and various classes of irises with their specific directions for best results and will have handouts on growing and dividing irises.
Organizers note that there will be a line waiting for the doors to open and they recommend attendees arrive early to the sale.
