The Elma Public Library will hold a bonsai demonstration at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 22 at the Library, 1860 Bowen Road, Elma.

Learn the ancient art of bonsai as Abe Sosnowski, local author, takes you for a guided step-by-step instruction on how to care for and train bonsai into a beautiful specimen. The program will include a talk on the history and origin of bonsai. The demonstration bonsai tree will be raffled for free to all who attend.

Abe Sosnowski has been involved in bonsai for the past 14 years. As owner of Eastern Bonsai and founder of the WNY Bonsai Club, Sosnowski conducts demonstrations and seminars about bonsai across New York state.
