Pelion Garden at City Honors
Participants will learn how to turn kitchen waste into a healthy supplement for garden soil. The class will demonstrate how to build a worm bin for the office, classroom or household. Participants will meet the red wigglers who recycle organic garbage and renew their commitment to keeping our planet’s soil healthy for future generations.
Pelion Garden is an outdoor learning lab for students at City Honors School. These summer workshops are free to the public, thanks to a sponsorship by Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
