Classes are more vigorous than gentle hatha yoga and feature relaxation, warm up stretches, series of sequences including sun salutation, moon salutation and warrior and triangle and Pilates postures designed to build strength, endurance and body heat.
The cost is $100 for each 10-week series, or $15 per class. These classes are free for eligible BlueCross BlueShield of WNY members.
