Classes include gentle stretches to warm up joints and muscles, postures designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance and time for relaxation and meditation. Suitable for all but especially students with injuries or limitations.
The cost is $100 for each 10-week series, or $15 per class. These classes are free for eligible BlueCross BlueShield of WNY members.
