Garlic Mustard Challenge Kick-Off at Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve

Have a representative from your scout troop, science club or other group attend this informational session about competing in the  garlic mustard pick challenge at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12 at the Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve, 93 Honorine Dr., Depew.

The challenge is open to groups and happens each Saturday from April through June. Garlic mustard is an invasive plant species that impairs the health of the forest. The group that picks the most will receive a prize.

Only a group representative needs to attend this session, although other members are welcome to attend.
