A Garlic Growing Workshop will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12 at Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE), 4487 Lake Ave., Lockport.
Join local farmer and CCE educator Rich Woodbridge as he discusses how to get started growing garlic in Western NY.
Topics include:
- Where to find quality seed garlic
- How to plant and maintain your crop
- When to harvest
- Tips on curing garlic and saving seed
