“Gardening in Small Spaces” will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 17 4-H Training Center at Cornell Cooperative Extension in Niagara County, 4487 Lake Avenue, Lockport.

Do you have a small yard or are limited to an apartment patio? You can still grow your own food at home!

Gain tips on growing vegetables, herbs and flowers in raised beds, containers and other unique ideas for gardeners that have limited space but the urge to grow. The program covers container requirements, soil mixes, space-saving methods like vertical gardening and more. Handouts are included. This class will be taught by horticulturist John Farfaglia.

The fee is $15.
