Gardening classes by Cooperative Extension in East Aurora

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County


A series of three gardening classes will be held by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County in its auditorium (second floor), 21 South Grove St., East Aurora.

All classes will be held on Wednesdays from 7 – 8:30 p.m.

Dates and topics are:

Sept. 24: Soil Is the Key. Learn how to improve your soil and learn about the role of compost. Bring a soil sample and you can get the pH tested.

Oct. 1: Good Garden Design or How To Have A Beautiful Garden. The principles of good garden design will help achieve the garden of your dreams.

Oct. 8: Top Garden Problems of the Season And What To Do About Them. The most common problems of the past season will be discussed, along with how to avoid them in the future.

The fee is $15 per class or all three classes for $40.
