“Folklore of Edible and Medicinal Plants” will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14 along the Kanyoo Trail in Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, 1101 Casey Rd., Basom.
Explore the plants that grow along Kanyoo Trail and learn about their traditional uses for forage and medicines. Bug spray and sunscreen is recommended.
This program is free. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
