Elders’ Sharing Circle: plants used as dyes

An Elders’ Sharing Circle will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19 in the Winnie Kettle Building, 28 Thomas Indian School Dr Irving.

Holly John will demonstrate various native basketry techniques. Ken Parker, expert in native plants, will explain how some indigenous plants are used as dyes.

The potluck starts at 5 p.m. Please bring a side dish or a monetary donation. All ages are invited.

The monthly sharing circle considers the impact on the Seventh Generation.
